As established by our bylaws, there are 400 equity members with full voting rights. Members consist of homeowners from Maplebrook II, Maplebrook South, Winding Creek and Bay Colony subdivisions, as well as those homes north of 87th in the Old Farm neighborhood. As building has continued through out Naperville, we now establish our boundaries geographically to include all single family residences that fall South of 75th Street, West of Washington Street, North of 87th Street and East of Modaff Road.
Summer Membership
Summer memberships are available to those homeowners who live outside our geographic boundaries, but within the attendance boundaries of Lincoln Junior High that are within the city of Naperville. Summer memberships are currently NOT available to those living within our geographic boundaries.
Cost of Membership
Application Fee – $100.00
Bond – $1650.00
Annual dues – $650 per summer
Summer Membership dues – $950
